I slipped. Have I lost everything?
No. Tap I slipped / reset counter on your habit. You can restart the counter and keep your savings, keep your counter going (Plus), or start completely fresh. Your badges and best run always stay.
What’s the difference between “count automatically” and “check in daily”?
Count automatically adds up the days on its own from your quit date. Check in daily only counts a day when you tap “Check in for today”. You can switch any time on the habit’s page, under “How it counts”, and add a goal to count down.
How is “money saved” worked out?
From the amount you said the habit cost (per day, week or month), multiplied by the days since you quit, minus any slip days.
I got a new phone. Where’s my data?
Your data lives only on your old phone. That’s what keeps it private. Before switching, use Settings → Export my data to save a copy.
How do I cancel Quit Era Plus?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Quit Era. On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.
I paid for Plus but it’s not showing
Open the Plus screen and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with.
Reminders aren’t arriving
Check that notifications for Quit Era are allowed in your phone’s settings, and that your reminder time is set in Settings → Daily reminder. Quit Era sends at most one reminder a day.
