Terms of use
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms cover your use of the Quit Era app. By using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Who can use Quit Era
Anyone can use Quit Era. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before buying Quit Era Plus.
Not medical advice
Quit Era is a motivational tool to help you track and change habits. It isn’t medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn’t replace a doctor, pharmacist or stop-smoking service. If you’re worried about your health, or about your use of alcohol, gambling or any other substance or behaviour, please speak to a professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your data
Everything you enter is stored on your device. You’re responsible for keeping your device and any backups safe. If you delete the app or your data, we can’t recover it. See the privacy policy for details.
Quit Era Plus subscriptions
- Plus is available monthly (£2.99), yearly (£19.99, with a 7-day free trial) or as a one-off lifetime purchase (£39.99). Prices may vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is taken by Apple or Google when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (App Store) or in Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- If you reinstall the app or change phone, use “Restore purchases” on the Plus screen.
Savings figures
Money saved, time won back and treat countdowns are estimates based on the amounts you enter. They aren’t financial advice.
Fair use
Please don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse the app. All app content, design and branding belong to Quit Era.
The app “as is”
We work hard to keep Quit Era accurate and working, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
